The first water tank is subjected to ultra-high pressure six directional fixed-point flushing, the second water tank is subjected to high pressure and large flow all-round precision cleaning, and then the high flow fan is used for high-temperature drying.

① High efficiency: Applying automation control with the PLC, the machine allows one man operation. With the cyclic process of loading - Positioning point - High pressure strong cleaning - Hot air drying - unloading, the machine has a capacity 6-7 times higher than conventional manual washing. Since the pressure during high-pressure washing reaches 0.7MPA, the cleanliness of parts after washing is greatly improved.

② Multiple functions: The housing of the machine is made of stainless steel which allows use of over 95% of washing agents sold on the market. The high-pressure wash nozzles allow omnidirectional washing; the rinsing part is installed with a featured nozzle so that the machine can meet the parts washing requirements of various industries and complete washing without dead corners.

③ Low energy consumption: The machine is equipped with a “water-oil filtration circulation system” so that the filtered wash liquid is transparent and contains no impurity or floatage. This can ensure that the liquid used for washing is always clean, and user only need to add liquid into the machine without changing all the liquid in the tank.

④ Environment-friendly type: The machine is equipped with a “water-oil-gas recovery system” so that the purity of air produced during work of the machine can reach above 95%, meeting the national requirements for environmental protection; the recovered liquid drops can also be reused in the wash tank, thus saving energy and guaranteeing operators’ physical and mental health.

⑤ Water-liquid separation system: This function can transfer the floating oil on the water surface to a small separate box and keep the liquid clean.
